Munich, 21 April 2026 With the establishment of the new holding company amily.ONE GmbH, one of the leading AdTech providers in the DACH region is restructuring. The previous brands will be integrated as products and services and will remain on the market. The realignment addresses the requirements of the advertising market, moving away from fragmented individual solutions towards flexible and integrated platforms.

ONE-Platform: From Individual Products to an Integrated Platform

For over 25 years, publishers have trusted amily's system solutions as their Ad Management System. Approximately 75% of the revenue from private radio stations and audio providers in the DACH region is currently processed through this system. The brand name amilyONE honours the foundation of today's market leader and highlights the all-in-one platform concept. From the creation of AI audio content through RadioADMaker, via the media asset management (MAM) systems audiobays or videobays, the comprehensive CRM and campaign management system amily, a central online communication portal for marketers and agencies mai, to monetisation on the programmatic trading platform amy – amilyONE supports publishers and advertisers across the entire value chain.

audioscale, under the leadership of Andreas Schilling, continues to operate as an independent subsidiary, providing consulting services along the technology-based value chain in the linear and digital audio environment, and supports market participants as a business enabler in the implementation of Programmatic Radio/Audio.

Through data-driven insights, automated processes, and the use of AI, as well as the depiction of modern business models, amilyONE tackles the challenges of the increasingly dominant digital advertising economy in the audio environment, as well as in all electronic media.
