A new market for amily
Radiohouse, the sales house of the Media Bohemia group, is relying on amilyONE and amily in the future. This marks the platform's launch in another European radio market.
The collaboration is particularly significant for amily for two reasons: Radiohouse has an extensive portfolio of well-known Czech radio brands while continuously developing its offering through both traditional and digital audio channels. These include FM, DAB+, online streams, podcasts and digital advertising formats.
familyONE thus enters a radio environment where reach, content, marketing and distribution interact across multiple channels.
Radiohouse reaches millions of listeners
The scale of Radiohouse shows the importance of the new client.
Based on the current radio project data for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, Radiohouse reports a market share of 27.21 percent. During the six-month period under review, the portfolio reached 8.5 million listeners. According to the company's own figures, this corresponds to 90.7 percent of the Czech radio-listening population aged 12 to 79.
Every month, more than 6.9 million people tune in to at least one radio station from the Radiohouse portfolio. Every week, the portfolio reaches 4.4 million listeners.
The offer includes, among other things:
- Radio Blaník.
- Hitradio.
- Rock Radio.
- Great radio.
- Further regional and digital audio services.
The different brands appeal to diverse target audiences, regions and musical interests. This allows Radiohouse to combine high overall reach with broad content and regional coverage.
Radio is about more than just FM nowadays
Radiohouse also represents the digital evolution of the medium. Since 2025, the Media Bohemia Group has also been active in the DAB+ digital radio standard and has expanded its programming with additional digital stations.
Online audio and podcasts are also gaining importance within the portfolio. Through its digital division RH Digital, Radiohouse develops services for digital audio formats, streaming, podcasts and programmatic advertising.
According to their own statements, those under Radia.cz bundled streams more than a million hours of listening time per week.
This development shows that modern radio no longer consists of a single transmission path. Listeners use radio brands via FM, DAB+, websites, apps, smart speakers and streaming platforms.
An international step with practical significance
For amily, this new client represents more than just a geographical expansion. The partnership with Radiohouse strengthens amilyONE’s international positioning in the European audio market.
The Czech Republic has a distinct radio market with its own brands, regional structures and specific requirements. The deployment of amilyONE at Radiohouse therefore also expands amily’s practical experience with international media organisations.
For amily, collaboration means:
- an important step towards a more integrated European radio market,
- a new benchmark in the international audio business,
- Experience with a large and diverse radio project,
- additional visibility among radio stations and marketers,
- and a stronger positioning of amilyONE as a platform for modern media houses.
A shared vision for the future of radio
Radiohouse shows how the audio market is changing: reach is no longer generated solely via individual FM stations. It is created through the interaction of radio brands, regional offerings, DAB+, online streams, podcasts and digital advertising.
With Radiohouse, amily gains a client that is actively shaping this development. For amilyONE, the partnership is therefore a significant milestone and a strong signal for the platform's international future.
amilyONE supports radio companies in organising and further developing audio across different brands, markets and distribution channels.
